1988 Searay 270 Sundancer. 2nd owner, very well taken care of. Spacious 270 with V-berth, large aft cabin, and pull out couch. Great first family cruiser. Twin 5.7 Mercruisers that will run mid 40's WOT with supplied aluminum props, faster if you put stainless on it. Boat was just hauled , bottom cleaned, outdrives painted with Trilux33 antifouling, and buffed shiny.
Equipment: All gauges, switches and lights work (except trim indicators which never work)
Web-Simpson free-fall windlass with bow and helm control. Trim-tabs. Extra clean galley with 12/120 refrigerator. Extra clean head with pumpable head and macerator (I have never used the head or macerator so can't verify working condition of macerator). AM/FM receiver with USB, Bluetooth, and a JBL 4-channel AMP wired for subwoofer. Currently four cockpit speakers and two cabin speakers. Upholstery is original, clean and shiny with only one minor blemish.
Three battery system. One dedicated to port engine on switch, two for stern engine/house bank on A/B. All group 27's. Port battery is new stern batteries one less than a year and house battery unknown. Boat is equipped with emergency starting solenoid that sums all batteries in emergency situation. Built-in factory 30AMP battery charger. Stern and aft bilge pumps on automatic float switches, or manual with dash switch, emergency bilge pump and high water alarm for redundancy.
Hummingbird thru-hull depth finder. No GPS, as I couldn't bear to drill holes in the dash and always knew where I was going.
Full camper stand-up cover with roll-up windows. All zippers in good condition. Full cockpit cover which is a lot easier to install than all camper canvas components. All canvas less than 3 years old. Updated cockpit lighting to LED red or white switchable.
Will include Cruiseair hatch A/C and SS Magma Grill at the right price. NO TRAILER.
